Guatemala is currently experiencing mass devastation caused by the recent flooding and mudslides. Over the past two weeks our mission team spent time with locals whose entire villages are literally gone! In fact, we’re hearing that more than eighteen thousand people are now displaced and the number of people who have lost family and friends is not yet known.
NorthStar will be sending financial aid to Guatemala to help this community begin to rebuild If you’d like to donate to this cause, please send your contributions to the church office, or specify on your Sunday giving that you’d like your funds to go to the Guatemala disaster relief effort and we’ll make sure your contribution goes directly to the people who need it most.
